Archeryanalysis.com is classified under the concept of web application or web portal and it is a service offered to the end user, the customer, as is and there is no warranty implied or explicit.
The information obtained from different web sites of sponsors and international archery agencies such as corporate brands, photos, videos, text and other content belong to each company and organization named herein and are shown for identification only every brand and its various products without trying to make illegal use thereof. If it should prove that any of the contents is incorrect or not subject to the ownership of the purported author of the same, NosMola will withdraw such content as soon as possible.

NosMola, as developers and owners of the archery app “Archery Analysis”, will not be responsible for any damages caused by the loss of information when not being able to be recorded properly the data of the application by a poor data coverage, by a failure in the device of the user or a punctual failure in the application.
Archery Analysis and NosMola shall not be liable for any faults in the device of the user that can be attributed to the use of the application.
The payment of the subscription to Archery analysis is done through the PayPal payment platform, NosMola shall not responsible for any failure or claim that is attributable to the use of such service.
In case of not to continue the subscription service to the application, will be notified of the suspension of the same 12 months in advance to ensure this way the subscription service to all users who have contracted. After this period of time, the information stored on the servers where the application”Archery Analysis” is hosted will be deleted permanently.
Any relationship that is generated by virtue of access by visitors to our web site, between the visitor and NosMola, will be governed and concerted in total subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, to the exclusion of any standard of its system of private international law or that refer to the application of any law that is not Spanish, renouncing the visitor to any other law to the implementation of which could have right.
They also will be competent to settle any dispute or legal proceedings arising in the Courts of Madrid, whatever the cause of action or claim, with express waiver by you of any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
